Contests, games and quizzes provide an effective way to generate awareness and publicity on E&M Safety. These events are organised in conjunction with other government departments, schools, community or media organisations to ensure that information is distributed to the widest possible audience effectively and clearly. Activities held during the past year include the Lifts and Escalator Campaign Cartoon Drawing Competition as well as the E&M Safety Quiz which culminated in the E&M Safety Carnival. Multimedia games also help to take the safety message to a wide and diverse audience in the community.
