The Supplies Sub-division, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department is committed to providing high quality services in purchasing and warehousing services in a cost-effective and environmentally responsible manner at a high standard of occupational health and safety working environment. The Integrated Management System is developed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999.

In the delivery of purchasing and warehousing services, we are committed to:

  1. Understanding our customers¡¦ need and meeting their requirements in an efficient and professional manner with an aim for quality excellence and total customer satisfaction.
  2. Undertaking an environmentally responsible manner such as reducing energy consumption, using products with environmental requirements and prevention of pollution.
  3. Providing and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment and work systems for our staff, and appropriate protection to other people who may be affected by our work.
  4. Complying with relevant legislations and other requirements related to environmental protection and occupational health and safety.
  5. Providing adequate resources for implementing the Supplies Sub-division Integrated Management System including the provision of necessary information, staff training and monitoring.
  6. Implementing, maintaining and continually improving the Supplies Sub-division Management System.
  7. Communicating this policy to all staff of Supplies Sub-division and interested parties including contractors.
