We have built long-term business partnerships with both the Architectural Services Department and the Government Property Agency, while also providing maintenance for E&M facilities and project management of building service systems to government buildings, depots and installations. Services are provided by our General Engineering Services Division in three main areas ¡V

• We operate, monitor and maintain the electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, electronic and building services systems and equipment for government and public buildings with resident or visiting staff.
• We provide project management for building services installations in leased accommodation, conduct alteration and improvement works and plan refurbishment projects in government buildings.
• We provide engineering services for the day-to-day maintenance, routine inspection and testing, fault and complaint attendance, minor repairs, term contract management for electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, electronic and building services installations.

On top of the above services, we have a comprehensive facility management experience including security, cleaning and parking facilities, landscape maintenance and office space management) in the new EMSD Headquarters.

Our service depot network throughout Hong Kong ensures speedy response to emergency calls day or night. Our extensive knowledge of additions, alterations & improvement history and system needs at client buildings also facilitates cost-effective maintenance.
