Scope
of Services
 Through
our Health Sector Division, we serve the Hospital Authority, the Department of Health,
the Government Laboratory and the Prince Philip Dental Hospital, maintaining and operating
the electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning and building service systems in public hospitals,
clinics, laboratories and medical laundries, throughout Hong Kong. We also maintain medical
gas pipelines - upgrading these pipelines is a strong area of our expertise; advise customers
on the procurement of hospital equipment, improvements and replacements of engineering systems
and equipment, and on environmental issues such as the prevention of Legionnaires' Disease,
pathological waste disposal and incineration, and energy efficiency. Working closely with
customers on-site, and providing reliable 24-hour emergency support, we ensure a seamless
interface in the various E&M and building service systems within a hospital, so that there are
no grey areas in accountability. We also provide value-added services such as in-depth energy
audits for hospitals, which identify Energy Management Opportunities with energy savings in the
order of tens of million dollars.
At
the forefront of the engineering profession in healthcare and medical services,
we are Hong Kong's leading specialists in the maintenance of advanced medical
electronics, advising clients on the procurement of biomedical and scientific
equipment, also maintaining the systems once they have been installed. We
evaluate equipment performance, conduct biomedical equipment safety management
and accident investigations.
 Providing
maximum benefit to our customers, we decided to adopt an integrated facilities
management model, providing a "one-stop-shop" concept and an integrated on-site
service team. With a single point of accountability for all electrical and mechanical,
building service and biomedical services, our customers can concentrate on their core
healthcare business, while we look after maintenance and supporting requirements.

the community.
