Scope
of Services
 Our
Municipal Sector Division provides expert E&M operations
and maintenance for electrical, electronic, mechanical and
building service systems for the Leisure & Cultural Services
Department and their diverse range of cultural, recreational
and civic facilities in Hong Kong. These include over 1,000
different venues ranging from Town Halls, cultural and civic
centres, swimming pools and beach facilities, games halls,
recreation centres, parks and sports grounds to museums and
libraries, as well as the buildings and services supporting
these venues. We support customers as professional consultants,
and ensure proper hand over of new venues and documentation
by contractors.
Our
comprehensive Scope of Services include operations and maintenance,
round-the-clock fault and emergency servicing, technical consultancy
as well as project and contract management together with professional
advice on statutory requirements and the procurement of new
and specialist equipment. Activities range from the specialised
world of stage lighting and engineering systems to leisure
equipment, filtration plants, exhibits and amusement rides
at museums and parks, energy efficiency audits, indoor air
quality measurement and improvement programmes - we have a
proven track record in all these systems and services. |
