Our capabilities as project consultants and managers are best demonstrated by the specialist knowledge and experience of our Project Division. With our in-depth understanding of local conditions, processes and ordinances gained over the years, we probably know Hong Kong better than any other consultancy. We provide full project management and consultancy services to government departments and autonomous bodies on the design of electrical, mechanical, electronics and ICT systems, provision of data centre hosting services, preparation of tender specifications and drawings, tendering, procurement, tender evaluation, contract administration, site supervision, testing and commissioning of these systems. We also undertake feasibility studies, special investigations and provide technical advice and consultant management to clients, taking care of the interface between different parties during the process, while customers enjoy hassle-free services and results.
