The Hong Kong Energy Efficiency Registration Scheme for Buildings
The Registration Scheme is open to application for all types of new and existing buildings. All building developers, owners, architects, property management agencies and other parties involved in the building and construction industry are welcomed and encouraged to participate in the Registration Scheme. Participants will be required to submit information of their buildings. Registration Certificates will be issued to the successful participants. Starting in March 2007, the Registration Scheme is extended to offer certification to energy-audited buildings with good energy performance.
 Upon registration, the Energy Efficient Building Logo is allowed to be used on documents relating to the building (e.g. letterheads) for the purpose of publicity.

Applicants who choose to lodge electronic submission can complete the Application Forms and e-mail to hkeersb@emsd.gov.hk, together with drawings (pdf) and supplementary documents in electronic format, with a total file size not greater than 4Mb. Electronic files larger than 4Mb should be submitted in CD-Rom to the Energy Efficiency Office.
