EMSD and local newspapers have been jointly publishing the "E&M Safety and Energy Efficiency Corner" in their newspapers every week since 4 June 2004. The column answers queries from members of the public on matters relating to electrical, gas, lifts and escalators safety as well as energy efficiency.
