    Establishing a role model for the implementation of Total Quality Management in Government, the Electrical and Mechanical Services Trading Fund has won another prestigious award - the Gold Award of 2006 Hong Kong Management Association Quality Award. The award presentation ceremony was held on 6 July 2006.

  • Technical and Fee Proposals invited for EMSTF Annual Report 2002/03

    Technical and Fee proposals for the design and production of EMSTF Annual Report 2002/03 are invited from Hong Kong based registered companies. Tenderers shall refer to details in the attached Brief.

    Tenderers shall submit 2 copies of both the Technical Proposal and the Fee Proposal. The Technical and Fee proposals should be put in "separate" sealed envelops specifying "Tender for EMSTF Annual Report 2002/03 - Technical Proposal" or "Tender for EMSTF Annual Report 2002/03 - Fee Proposal" accordingly, and placed in the "Tender Box - For EMSD Works Tenders only" located in the entrance foyer of the hi-block building, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, 98 Caroline Hill Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon on Friday, 6 June 2003.   • Our Transport, Security and Central Services Division (TSCSD) and Health Services Division (HSD) received merit awards from the Civil Services Customer Services Award competition. TSCSD gained the award for their exceptional services to the Fire Services Department while HSD received recognition for the innovative energy efficiency programs carried out on behalf of customer.
