Electrical Safety Promotion Programme

Knowing the importance of education for the public, the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) has been actively implementing the "Electrical Safety Promotion Programme" with a view to raising the public's awareness of electrical safety.  Our safety ambassador will visit kindergartens, primary schools and elderly centers and convey electrical safety messages to the public in a lively fashion through storytelling, games and demonstrations.

If your organisation (kindergarten, primary school or elderly center) is interested in joining this programme, an application can be made through one of the following channels:

1. Use a mobile phone or computer to make the application through the "EMSD (Regulatory Services) Web-Based Registration Services" and "iAM Smart +"
2. Click the link here to download the application form [PDF format (65 KB)] and send the duly completed application form to the Electricity Legislation Division of the EMSD by fax or post:
