18-Month Term Contract for Building Services Fitting-out, Replacement and Improvement Works to Health Sector Venues in Hong Kong Region, Health Sector Division, Electrical & Mechanical Services Department

The scope of works consists of provision of equipment, materials and labour for the design, supply and installation of equipment, materials and systems for Building Services Fitting-out, Replacement of, Alterations, Additions and Improvement to various building services installations and associated builder’s works and or building works only for the Health Sector venue(s) in Kowloon Region, Health Sector Division, Electrical & Mechanical Services Department.

Contractors on the “List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the Category of Air-conditioning Installation (Group II)” are invited to tender.

In the event of a typhoon signal No. 8 or above hoisted or rainstorm black warning issued between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on the closing date, the tender closing time will be postponed to 12:00 noon on the first working day of the following week. An announcement of the change will be made through the radio.
