Should

ask the cylinder LPG distributor to exchange the LPG cylinders. If the users have to exchange the LPG cylinders themselves, before the exchange, they should check the cylinders, the pressure regulator, the flexible gas tubing and the connection joint for damage, leak or loose connection;
before exchanging LPG cylinders, extinguish all nearby flames and switch off the gas appliances and the pressure regulator;
when exchanging LPG cylinders, carefully and firmly re-connect the pressure regulator, and check that there is no smell or sound of gas leaking from the cylinder connection;
after exchanging LPG cylinders, switch on the pressure regulator and check that the gas appliances for proper operation.
please contact the LPG distributor to collect the LPG cylinder as soon as possible when LPG in such cylinder has been used up or when it is no longer necessary to use LPG. The respective registered gas supply companies can be identified from the colour of and brand name on the cylinder.

Should Not

use LPG cylinders of unknown sources;
smoke when exchanging LPG cylinders;
use naked flame when exchanging LPG cylinders.
place LPG cylinders in public places for whatever situation. In case abandoned or unattended LPG cylinders are found, please call the 24-hour emergency hotlines of respective registered gas supply companies to request collection of cylinders. The respective registered gas supply companies can be identified from the colour of and brand name on the cylinder.
