| Description | This Contract is divided into two Sections. Section I calls for the supply and installation of a new Central Control and Monitoring System at Hospital Authority Building, and the period of this section is 24 months. Section II calls for the maintenance of the system which shall commence after the end of Defect Liability Period of Section I, and the period of this section is 60 months. The target contract commencement date is August 2013. | ||||||
| Contractors Invited to Tender | Tenderers who possess relevant experience in Central Control and Monitoring System are invited to submit their tenders. Tenderers shall comply with the minimum requirements in Stage I screening process for tender evaluation. Details of the requirements are stipulated in the tender documents. | ||||||

| Tender Site Visit | A site visit will be held on 13 June 2013 at 10:00am at the Main Entrance, G/F, Hospital Authority Building, 147B Argyle Street, Kowloon. Tenderers who would like to attend the site visit should return the completed Appendix A of Notes to Tenderers, which can be found in the tender document, to the Fax no. 2553 7887. | ||||||
| Submission of Tender | Tenders must be clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) addressed to Chairman, Public Works Tender Board, and placed in the Public Works Tender Box situated in Room 4128f on the 41st Floor, Queensway Government Offices, 66 Queensway, Hong Kong. Late tenders will not be accepted. | ||||||
