The Contract Period is 36 months and the Contract is scheduled to commence in November 2017 for completion in October 2020. |
Contractors Invited to Tender | Open tendering is adopted. Contractors who meet the following qualifications and other conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender:- 1. A tenderer must be a registered lift contractor under the Lifts and Escalators Ordinance (Chapter 618 of the Laws of Hong Kong); and 2. A tenderer must have completed Lift maintenance contracts in or outside Hong Kong within the past 5 years with the minimum accumulated awarded contract sum of not less than HK$20 million.

Submission of Tender | Sealed tender in triplicate must be clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) addressed to the Chairman, Public Works Tender Board and placed in the Public Works Tender Box situated in Room 4128f, 41st Floor, Queensway Government Offices, 66 Queensway, Hong Kong, before 12:00 noon on Friday, 25 August 2017. Late tenders will not be accepted. |
