Description | The scope of the works includes laying of DCS chilled water pipes at Kai Tak Development. The works is scheduled to commence in July 2018 for completion in June 2020. |
Contractors Invited to Tender | Selective tendering is adopted. Contractors on the List of Approved Contractors for Public Works under the category of ‘Waterworks (Group B)’ or ‘Roads and Drainage (Group B)’ or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being on the List of Approved Contractors for Public Works under the category of ‘Waterworks (Group B)’ or ‘Roads and Drainage (Group B)’ who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender. Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Contractors for Public Works under the category of ‘Waterworks (Group B)’ or ‘Roads and Drainage (Group B)’ may also submit a tender if they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned approved list/category by 10 January 2018 to Mr. WOO Po-hung, Energy Efficiency Office, 7/F, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, 3 Kai Shing Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong, meet the qualifications and conditions for participation, and the application for inclusion is duly approved on or before the tender closing date.
