Quadrennial Term Contract for Comprehensive Maintenance of Pumping Installations at Correctional Services Department and Other Disciplined Services Venues

The scope of works for this contract includes comprehensive maintenance of pumping installations at Correctional Services Department and other disciplined services venues. The Contract is scheduled to commence in November 2018 for expiry in October 2022.

Selective tendering is adopted. Contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Mechanical Plant and Equipment Installation (Group II)” or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Mechanical Plant and Equipment Installation (Group II)” who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.

Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Mechanical Plant and Equipment Installation (Group II)” may also submit a tender, provided they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned approved list/category by 17 August 2018 to Mr. MOK Chun-wing, Transport, Security and Central Services Division, 6th Floor, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, 3 Kai Shing Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong, meet the qualifications and conditions for participation, and their application for inclusion is duly approved on or before the tender closing date.  Details for making the application are available at:

Late tenders will not be accepted.

1. This tender is covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization and will not involve electronic auction.  This notice also serves as a summary notice required under the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization.
