Provision of SAP Enterprise Support Service in Year 2020-2021 to the Electrical and Mechanical Services Trading Fund

Description

The scope of services covered by this tender comprises

  1. rendering Enterprise Support for all SAP ERP system components serving the Electrical and Mechanical Services Trading Fund under authorisation of the original software vendor, including SAP Application Developer User, SAP Application Professional User, SAP Payroll Processing, SAP Treasury & Risk Management, SAP NetWeaver Gateway for Consumer Access and respective ancillary database run-time software;
  2. supporting implementation of continued compliance management of SAP software license; and
  3. rendering technical support to system developer, including right of access to online resources and service granted by the original software vendor, such as SAP Notes and SAP ONE Support Launchpad portal.

If a black rainstorm warning signal or tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above is in force at any time between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 5 November 2019, the tender closing time will be postponed to 12:00 noon on the first working day after the black rainstorm warning signal has ceased to be in effect or the tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 is lowered.

Submission of Tender

Tenders must be clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) addressed to the Chairman, Tender Opening Committee, Government Logistics Department, and placed in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box situated at the Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on the closing date of the tender as stated above. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Remarks
  1. This tender is covered by the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO GPA) and will not involve electronic auction. This notice also serves as a summary notice required under WTO GPA.
  2. The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender or any tender, and reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer about the terms of the offer.
