Tender for the Provision of Services for Copywriting, Design and Production of Monthly Staff Newsletter "Group Voice" for the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department for a period of 36 months commencing 1 April 2025

Thirty-six (36) issues of staff newsletter shall be published on a monthly basis from April 2025 to March 2028 after the award of the Contract. Four (4) issues of ad-hoc supplements shall be published from April 2025 to March 2028.

1. In case Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or "extreme conditions" announced by the Government is/are in force, for any duration between 0900 and 1200 hours on the date specified in the "Lodging of Tender" section of the Tender Form, the latest date and time before which Tenders are to be deposited in the Specified Tender Box and at the e-Tender Box will be extended to 1200 hours on the next working day.
2. In case of blockage of the public access to the location of the Specified Tender Box at any time between 0900 and 1200 hours on the Tender Closing Date, the Government will announce extension of the Tender Closing Time until further notice. Following removal of the blockage, the Government will announce the extended tender closing time as soon as practicable. The above announcements will be made via "Press Releases" on the website of the Information Services Department.

Tenders must be clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelopes (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) according to the manner specified in the tender documents and addressed to the Chairman, Tender Opening Committee, Government Logistics Department, and placed in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box ("Specified Tender Box") situated at the Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on the closing date of the tender as stated above.

Late tenders and tenders not deposited in the Specified Tender Box will not be accepted.
