| Contractors Invited to Tender | Selective tendering is adopted. Contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of Fountain Installation, Mechanical Plant and Equipment Installation Group (II) or Swimming Pool Water Treatment Installation or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant being on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of Fountain Installation, Mechanical Plant and Equipment Installation Group (II) or Swimming Pool Water Treatment Installation who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender. Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of Fountain Installation, Mechanical Plant and Equipment Installation Group (II) or Swimming Pool Water Treatment Installation may also submit a tender if they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned approved list/category by 11 June 2014 to Municipal Sector Division, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, 6/F., 3 Kai Shing Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong, meet the qualifications and conditions for participation, and the application for inclusion is duly approved on or before the tender closing date.
