The scope of the works includes the design, manufacture, delivery, installation, system interfacing, testing, commissioning, defects liability maintenance, training and documentation of Audio Visual (AV) facilities. The AV facilities include Sound Reinforcement System, Audio Capture System, Video Monitoring System, Audio and Video Transmission System, Central Control and Management System. The contract is anticipated to commence in April 2015.

Contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the Category of "Audio Electronics Installation" OR under the Category of "Video Electronics Installation" are invited to tender.

Contractors will be liable to have their names removed from the list of approved contractors if they fail or refuse to implement an accepted tender.

Late tenders will not be accepted.

1. The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region does not bind itself to accept any tender irrespective of whether the tender is the lowest bid or, where the assessment of the tenders is based on a formula approach, the tender has the highest overall mark.
