The scope of works includes the replacement of seventeen (17) units of air-cooled chillers and associated installations in seven (7) hospitals. This Contract is divided into two Sections. Section A calls for replacement of fifteen (15) units of air-cooled chillers and the period of this section is 11 months and Section B calls for the replacement of two (2) units of air-cooled chillers and the period of this section is 23 months. The targeted contract commencement dated is in May 2015.

Contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of Air-conditioning Installation (Group II) are invited to tender.

Contractor will be liable to have their names removed from the approved list if they fail or refuse to implement an accepted tender.
