The scope of the works includes the design, manufacture, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, defects liability maintenance, training and documentation of Audio-and-Video (AV) facilities. These AV facilities include Multimedia Presentation System, Simultaneous Interpretation System, RFID Library Management System and Digital Signage System. The works are expected to commence in October 2011 and will take about 10 months to complete.

Contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the Category of "Audio Electronics Installation" OR under the Category of "Video Electronics Installation" are invited to tender.
