The works include comprehensive maintenance and repair of lift installations at various premises of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Hospital Authority. The works are scheduled to commence in February 2016 for completion in January 2019.

Open tendering is adopted. Contractors who meet the following qualifications and other conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender:- 

(A) Contractor must be a registered lift contractor under the Laws of Hong Kong, Lifts and Escalators Ordinance (Chapter 618); and 

(B) Contractor must have completed Lift maintenance contracts in or outside Hong Kong within the past 5 years with the minimum accumulated awarded contract sum of not less than HK$25 million.
