In case of a rainstorm black warning or typhoon signal No. 8 or above is still hosted between 07:00 hours and 14:00 hours on the tender closing date, the quotation closing time will be extended to 14:00 hours on the next weekday (i.e. except Saturday and Sunday) other than public holiday

Please contact chungwh@emsd.gov.hk for a softcopy of the tender document.  A softcopy of the tender document will be sent to the specified receiving company email address on the same working day or the following working day if the request is received after 12:00 noon.

Service Providers shall submit four (4) copies of the Technical Proposal (in sealed Envelope A) and two (2) copies of the Price Schedule (in sealed Envelope B) with clear description together with the quotation reference Q2222 and the subject of this quotation on each of the envelopes (Envelope A and Envelope B), and on every page of the Technical Proposal and Price Schedule. 

Service Providers shall submit the quotations by depositing them in the “EEO Tender Box”, situated at the Energy Efficiency Office, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, 7/F, 3 Kai Shing Street, Kowloon Bay, before 14:00 hours on Friday, 8 Jamuary 2021. 

Late quotations will not be accepted.

1. The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region does not bind itself to accept any quotation irrespective of whether the quotation is the lowest bid or, where the assessment of the quotations is based on a marking scheme, the quotation has the highest overall mark.
