Description

Provision of Call Centre Services for the Information Service Centre (ISC) at the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department Headquarters.  The agreement, commencing on 1 June 2016 or any other date as specified in the letter of acceptance (whichever is the later), will last for 12 months.

Submission of Tender

Sealed tenders must be submitted in triplicate. Tenders must be clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) addressed to the Chairman, Tender Opening Committee, Government Logistics Department, and placed in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box situated at the Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon on the closing date of the tender as stated above. Late tenders shall not be accepted.
Remarks
  1. The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender or any tender, and reserves the right to accept all or any part of any tender and the right to negotiate with any tenderer about the terms of the offer.
  2. Details of the award of this contract will be made available on the Internet.
  3. In case a black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No. 8 or above is valid for any duration between 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) and 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) at the tender closing date, the tender closing time will be extended to 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on the next working day (i.e. except Saturday, Sunday and General Holiday).
