| Submission of Tender | Tenderers shall submit two (2) copies of the Proposal with duly completed Price Schedule in a sealed envelope with the quotation number Q1389 and the subject of this quotation clearly marked on the outside of the envelope and on every page of the Proposal and Price Schedule. The outside of the envelope should not bear any indication which may relate the quotation to the tenderer. Tenderers shall submit the quotations by depositing them in the “EEO Tender Box” situated at the Energy Efficiency Office, 7/F, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department Headquarters, 3 Kai Shing Street, Kowloon Bay, before 14:00 hours on Late quotations will not be accepted. |
