The works is for the supply and installation of 2 sets of water-cooled chillers and associated works for replacing 2 nos. existing air-cooled chillers at Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices. The contract period for completion of the works is 12 months and scheduled on 1 April 2012 for commencement.

Contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of Air-conditioning Installation (Group I & II) and of confirmed status only are invited to tender. Contractors will be liable to have their names removed from the list of approved contractors if they fail or refuse to implement an accepted tender.
