Description | The scope of work includes the supply and installation of information display systems for shipping information management and a separate data network. This would include detailed system design, manufacture, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, defects liability maintenance, training and documentation of the systems to ensure accurate and high quality information and video dissemination at the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal. The Works are expected to commence in June 2012 and be completed by January 2013. |

Submission of Tender | Tenders must be clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) addressed to the Chairman, Central Tender Board, and placed in the Government Secretariat Tender Box situated in the lift lobby on the Ground Floor, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong. Late tenders will not be accepted. |
