Provision of Services for Maintenance Services and Data Services (Hong Kong LEAP Model)

To provide maintenance services and relevant data services for maintaining the Hong Kong LEAP Model.  This Contract is expected to commence on 1 December 2024.

Open tender is adopted.  All interested service providers are invited to tender.

In case Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or "extreme conditions" announced by the Government is/are in force, for any duration between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on the tender closing date, the tender closing time will be postponed to 12:00 noon on the first working day after the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 is lowered, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or the "extreme conditions" announced by the Government has/have ceased to be in force.

Opening Hours:

1. Monday to Thursday - 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.
2. Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.
3. Saturday and Public Holiday – Closed

Tenders must be clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) according to the manner specified in the tender documents and placed in the "EEO Tender Box" ("Specified Tender Box"), situated at the Energy Efficiency Office, 7/F, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department Headquarters, 3 Kai Shinq Street, Kowloon Bay, before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on the closing date of the tender as stated above.  Please allow adequate time for your tender to be delivered to the Specific Tender Box. Late tenders or tenders not deposited in the Specified Tender Box will not be accepted.

1. The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region does not bind itself to accept any tender irrespective of whether the tender is the lowest bid or, where the assessment of the tenders is based on a marking scheme, the tender has the highest overall mark.
2. The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer about the terms of the offer.。
