Our Policy:

We are committed to continually improve the energy management system and the building energy performance through project management, design, installation, operation and maintenance of various E&M, air-conditioning and building services installations. We shall achieve this by:

• Adopting energy efficient methods and technologies, and considering energy performance improvement in design activities;
• Reviewing energy aspects & identifying new opportunities for energy efficiency;
• Complying with all applicable legal requirements & other requirements regarding energy efficiency, energy use and energy consumption;
• Ensuring availability of information and all necessary resources to achieve objectives and targets;
• Providing adequate resources and training to all staff to ensure that the Energy Management System is fully understood and effectively implemented;
• Procuring and utilizing energy efficient products and services that have impact on Significant Energy Use (SEU).

We will strive to improve building energy performance and promote the long-term environmental and economic sustainability of its operations.

We will achieve the above through the implementation of an Energy Management System in compliance with ISO 50001:2018.
