Description | The scope of the Works includes comprehensive maintenance and repair of escalator installations at various premises of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Contract is scheduled to commence in December 2017 for completion in November 2020. |
Contractors Invited to Tender | Open tendering is adopted. Contractors who meet the following qualifications and other conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender:- 1. Contractor must be a registered escalator contractor under the Lifts and Escalators Ordinance (Chapter 618 of the Laws of Hong Kong); and 2. Contractor must have completed escalator maintenance contracts in or outside Hong Kong within the past 5 years with the minimum accumulated awarded contract sum of not less than HK$3 million. |

Late tenders will not be accepted. |
