The Electrical and Mechanical Services Trading Fund was established on 1 August 1996 with the mission:

"To be the most comprehensive and reliable provider of quality, cost effective electrical and mechanical services in Hong Kong."

We work to achieve this goal through a customer-focused mentality. We constantly review our services and the market-place to stay up-to-date with today's challenges and solutions, and continuously provide our staff with the tools needed to deliver tangible results to clients.

Objectives

Everyday, EMSTF management and staff adhere to the following objectives:

• Agree with customers appropriate maintenance programmes and performance standards for their installations, systems and vehicle fleets, and to ensure that these programmes are executed to the agreed standards;

• Provide the agreed services in the most reliable, safe, courteous, efficient and cost-effective way possible;

• Provide customers with sufficient information and professional advice to enable them to best utilize their installations, systems and vehicle fleets;

• Review on a continuous basis the markets in which EMSTF operates and respond to changing demands;

• Provide a working and management environment for EMSTF staff which encourages them to continuously improve processes and customer services.
