Government Agency Efficient use of electricity Promote Energy Efficiency Labelling Scheme (EELS) 1.    Widen the coverage of EELS to keep public informed of the efficiency of electrical appliances in Hong Kong;

2.    Extend the coverage to office equipment, such as photocopiers, etc.
