Mr Stephen CHAN Hung-cheung became Director of Electrical and Mechanical Services on 3 May 2009. Leading more than 5,000 colleagues, Mr CHAN is committed to providing clients with quality, reliable and devoted professional engineering services.

Mr CHAN said, “I am honoured and delighted to lead such a distinguished team to serve our clients in the public sector.”
