With good track record of quality services, EMSTF renewed two Service Level Agreements (SLAs) separately with Drainage Services Department (DSD) and Hospital Authority (HA) starting from 09/10.

The 5-year SLA with DSD has been extended to cover comprehensive maintenance, operation and emergency support services as well as Information and Communications Technology services. With an option to extend the SLA for another five years, DSD and EMSTF are able to establish a long term strategic partnership to make use of our strength to enhance client’s core services in sewage treatment and flood protection.

In the 3-year SLA with HA, we continue to adopt one-stop shop integrated services for biomedical engineering services and hospital engineering services and day-to-day building maintenance services.
