EMSTF has been active in participating environmental protection initiative, we assisted the Water Supplies Department (WSD) in developing a voluntary Water Efficiency Labelling Scheme (WELS). The Scheme will be implemented in phases for different groups of plumbing fixtures and water-consuming appliances. The first product for the WELS implementation is showers for bathing. Furthermore, EMSTF has been entrusted by WSD to implement a water saving project for retrofitting the plumbing appurtenance with water saving devices at government buildings and schools.
