The final road section of Tsing Sha Control Area, including the world-class Stonecutters Bridge, will be completed by end 2009.
  The Route 8 Tsing Sha
Control Area (TSCA),
opened in March 2008, provides a
dual-way 3-lane link from Shatin to Tsing
Yi. The final road section, involving the
construction of Stonecutters Bridge which is one of the
world's longest cable-stayed bridges, will be completed by the
end of 2009.
 
EMSTF is currently providing services to Transport Department and Highways Department in overseeing the performance of the Management, Operation and Maintenance Operator of TSCA.
