Mr. Chan Chi-wai, Richard has been appointed as Acting Deputy Director/Trading Services of the EMSD with effect from 28 November 2022. Mr. Chan leads the Electrical and Mechanical Services Trading Fund (EMSTF) to provide safe, effective and quality services, and to meet customers’ needs for cost-effective and diversified E&M solutions, hence creating public value and enhancing the quality of public services.
In addition, Mr. Fung Chi-fung has been appointed as Acting Assistant Director/2 of the EMSD with effect from 1 November 2022. Mr. Fung oversees the E&M engineering services that the EMSTF provides to customers and venues, such as government premises, municipal services venues and public health organisations. Mr. Lee Hok-yin, Arthur has been appointed as Acting Assistant Director/3 of the EMSD with effect from 28 November 2022. Mr. Lee leads the Digitalisation and Technology Division and Corporate Services Division to promote and co-ordinate innovation and digital transformation, as well as providing our corporate with central support services.
