Robust infrastructure and livelihood facilities form the cornerstone of social development and public well-being. Through professional E&M asset management and appropriate I&T solutions, we ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of public E&M systems, bringing peace of mind and convenience to citizens in their daily lives.

To meet long-term healthcare demands, the Government has launched the extensive first ten-year Hospital Development Plan. In addition to providing various maintenance services for new and redeveloped hospitals, we serve as the technical adviser for new hospitals, planning for the whole life cycle management of E&M facilities in advance, thereby minimising the risk of future breakdowns and preventing incidents.

The Three-runway System of Hong Kong International Airport is another major infrastructure project in Hong Kong in recent years. We have procured, installed and maintained a wide range of E&M systems, including security, immigration and port health facilities, for the government departments at the airport.

The Southbound Travel for Guangdong Vehicles scheme was officially implemented in 2025. We assisted in upgrading the Automatic Vehicle Clearance Support System (AVCSS) at the Hong Kong Port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, procuring security screening facilities for the “Park and Fly” Car Park and optimising the automatic licence plate recognition system at government car parks under the Transport Department, providing cross-boundary drivers with a more convenient and efficient clearance and parking experience.

The Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point (HYW BCP), the seventh land-based BCP in Hong Kong, has commenced service in phases since 2020. We provided various government departments with procurement, operation, maintenance, consultancy and project management services for a variety of equipment for the HYW BCP, and deployed a dedicated maintenance team to ensure stable operation of the facilities and smooth flow of clearance processes.
