- Before passing through a wide gate, wait behind the yellow line until the gate areais clear; place your Octopus card on the processor or insert your ticket* and ensurethat the arrow sign is illuminated and the "please enter" or "pleaseexit" message is displayed
- Stand close to the baby pram while passing through the gate
- Always give priority to passengers in need
