Since 2005, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department has arranged the Property Management Seminar every year to disseminate the latest messages on electrical safety, gas safety, lift/escalator installations and energy efficiency in buildings.
The theme of the Property Management Seminar 2021 is "Benefitting the Society Through Innovation". The Property Management Seminar 2021 was successfully held on 7 December 2021 in the Lecture Hall of the Hong Kong Science Museum. The presentation materials can be downloaded below:
