- Implementation of Electronic Submissions for the Form of Compliance and Energy Audit
To promote green practice, submissions of Form of Compliance and Energy Audit, i.e. Form EE4, the associated technical forms (namely EE-TECH, EE-LPD and EE-PB), the Form EE5, Form EE-D and the associated technical forms (namely EE-EAR), by paperless means will be implemented. With effect from 20 September 2026, hardcopy submissions of Form of Compliance and Energy Audit will no longer be accepted.

- Implementation of Electronic Submission for the Application of Registered Energy Assessor (REA), Renewal of Registration and Change in Particulars
To promote green practice, the paperless submission of Form EA1 (New Application/ Renewal Application /Change of Particulars for REA) has been implemented. Hardcopy submission of Form EA1 will no longer accept.

- Launch of the Technical Guidelines for EAC 2024 Addendum No. 1/2026
The Technical Guidelines for EAC 2024 Addendum No. 1/2026” (the addenda) have been published on 10 April 2026. The technical guidelines are now available at “Codes & Technical Guidelines” on this website.

- Launch of the Code of Practice for Building Energy Audit 2024 Addendum No. 1/2025 and Data Disclosure Form
The “Code of Practice for Building Energy Audit 2024 Addendum No. 1/2025” (the addenda) and the new Data Disclosure Form (Form EE-D) have been published on 19 December 2025. The addenda and Form EE-D is now available at “Codes & Technical Guidelines” and “Forms” on this website.
The addenda and Form EE-D will take effect for energy audit being complete on or after 20 September 2026. Please refer to the BEEO Technical Circular No. 5/2025 for details. (post date: 19.12.2025)
