• 每位參加者只可遞交一份作品。遞交多份或不完整作品的參加者會被取消參賽資格。
  Each participant can only submit one work. Participants who submit multiple or incomplete works will be disqualified from the competition.
• 收到參賽作品後，將會收到確認電郵。參賽作品亦不會退還。
  After receiving the competition entries, an acknowledgement email will be sent. Competition entries will not be returned.
• 主辦單位有權要求得獎者提供身分證明資料以作核對身分之用，核實身分後方可獲獎。
  The organizer has the right to request the winners to provide proof of identity for verification purposes, and the prize can be awarded only after the identity is verified.
• 主辦單位保留更改及解釋比賽規則的權利，而無須事先通知。有關比賽結果，主辦單位有最終決定權，參加者不得異議。
  The organizer reserves the right to change and interpret the competition rules without prior notice.
  Regarding the competition results, the organizer has the final decision, and participants may not object.
• 主辦單位發表作品時，有權刊登參加者姓名、所屬組別、學校名稱及班級。
  When publishing the works, the organizer has the right to publish the participant's name, category, school name, and class.
• 為免生疑問，參加者同意主辦單位可隨時把其參賽作品(不論得獎與否)作任何用途，例如剪輯、展示、複印或複製，以及上載至其網站供公眾下載或使用，而無須事先徵求參加者同意。
  To avoid doubt, participants agree that the organizer may use their competition entries (whether they have won or not) for any purpose at any time, such as editing, displaying, copying or reproducing, and uploading them to their website for public download or use without prior consent from the participants.
• 所有得獎及入圍作品將會上載於本比賽網頁供公眾瀏覽。作品亦有機會於機電工程署或啟德區域供冷廠房的展覽專區作公開展覽。展覽詳情將容後公佈。
  All winning and shortlisted works will be uploaded to the website of this competition for public viewing. The works may also be publicly exhibited in a dedicated area set up in EMSD/Kai Tak DCS Plant. Details to be announced later.
• 如有參賽單位違反上述規則和條款，主辦機構保留取消其參賽資格的權利。
  If any participating unit violates the above rules and terms, the organizing committee reserves the right to cancel its eligibility to participate.
• 主辦機構保留對上述活動的最終決定權，包括但不限於報名比賽、挑選入圍參賽者，以及評審所提交的參賽作品。
  The organizing committee reserves the final decision on the above activities, including but not limited to registration for the competition, selection of shortlisted participants, and judging of submitted competition works.
