This is a story of rebirth and rejuvenation. Like the proverbial phoenix of ancient China, a former air cargo terminal building in Kowloon Bay was reborn with new vigour and vitality in 2005 to become the headquarters of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD).
