Mr Chow Hau-keung, Vincent has been appointed as Acting Deputy Director/Trading Services of the EMSD with effect from 7 August 2024. He steers the EMSTF to provide excellent E&M services to clients by developing diversified E&M engineering solutions with the use of innovation and technology as well as professional expertise, and to work closely with clients, thereby enhancing the quality and efficiency of public services. Leading three assistant directors in managing three engineering services branches, Mr Chow will implement the third Five-year Strategic Plan of the EMSTF in collaboration with various stakeholders to offer customer-oriented and innovative E&M services to client departments and public bodies.
