The Road to Excellence

To say that we take pride in the quality of our work is an understatement. We were therefore very pleased to receive international recognition for the quality of our services with ISO 9001 corporate certification. Our individual service divisions have all received ISO 9001/9002 quality certification but the new corporate certification recognises the quality of our practices throughout the Trading Fund. The recognition is all the more special as we are the third organisation in Hong Kong to gain this certification and the first government department to do so.

However, the winning of these awards is only the beginning of our journey on the road to excellence. Quality improvement is a continuous process and we are now planning the implementation of TQM (Total Quality Management). TQM is an all-comprehensive and pervasive quality process that involves everyone in the quality process as we work towards total customer satisfaction and service excellence.
