Since EMSTF's operation, it has never ceased to sharpen its competitive edge, building on its strength in equipment maintenance service, to proactively develop facility management service by leveraging information technology applications. On another front, the department is determined to create an IT brand "GEMoSoft" to boost its professional image.

Increased competitiveness has also been evidenced by swift response to customers' needs and proactive solutions to improve efficiency.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers for placing their trust in us, without which we would not have the motivation that propels us forward. We are committed to live up to this trust and continue to acquire new technology in our bid to explore more diversified service. And in this quest for new frontiers, we will endeavour to maintain the highest service standard and to render full support to our customers to their best benefits.
