Hong
Kong is now combating an unprecedented spread of SARS. Many
of you may not know that there is a group of silent fighters
from EMSD making their utmost contribution in this battle. This
issue highlights what they do behind the scene in co-operation
with their clients. We would like to pay tribute to the professional
medical staff and other frontline fighters who make selfless
sacrifices for the good of humanity. In this issue, we also
touch on energy efficiency, and a wide range of measures that
