Online application for new and renewal of Electrical Worker Registration
through "EMSD (Regulatory Services) Web Based Registration Services" and "iAM Smart +"

From 1 October 2021, the new and renewal application for Electrical Worker Registration can be applied online through "EMSD (Regulatory Services) Web Based Registration Services" and "iAM Smart +" by mobile phone or computer. Please read the following guidelines and related requirements and information prior to using the services.

     • Academic qualification certification (JPEG or PDF with file size of equal to or less than 2 Mbytes)
     • Training / Apprenticeship / Special Training Courses certification (JPEG or PDF with file size of equal to or less than 2 Mbytes)
     • Reference letter for working experience (JPEG or PDF with file size of equal to or less than 2 Mbytes)
  6. For applicants applying Renewal online, please prepare the following prior to application:
     • Complete CPD Scheme
