The Fresh Water Cooling Towers Scheme (2023 Edition) brochure (incorporating Addendum No.1/2026) has been published on 30 June 2026 and will be fully implemented on 30 Dec 2026.  The new requirement of submission of Water Supply Impact Assessment (WSIA) is introduced.
